Anti-Oxidant Rich Açai Bowl
Ingredients
1 cup of frozen mixed berries
1 frozen chopped banana
1/2 cup of coconut water
1 tablespoon of coconut yoghurt
1 tablespoon of collagen powder
1/2 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of powdered açai powder or 1 X frozen sachet
Method
Blend all ingredients together until mixture is thick & smooth. Add extra small amounts of coconut water as needed to blend further.
Pour mixture into a bowl, and serve topped with granola, chopped fruit, nut butter or coconut flakes.
