Ingredients
1 cup of fresh pineapple OR papaya
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 tablespoon of collagen powder
1 tablespoon of LSA mix
1 teaspoon of freshly grated turmeric
1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 to 1.5 cups of coconut milk
Combine ingredients in a blender until smooth.
