Pineapple Digestive Smoothie

 

GUT HEALING GOODNESS

This green smoothie is packed with digestion-enhancing, gut healing and anti-inflammatory nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of fresh pineapple OR papaya

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1/2 tablespoon of collagen powder

  • 1 tablespoon of LSA mix

  • 1 teaspoon of freshly grated turmeric

  • 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger

  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1 to 1.5 cups of coconut milk

Combine ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Top with turmeric powder and flaxseeds..
